2 Hops This Time

This IPA-inspired brew is pineapple forward with some herbal and sour citrus to go along with hints of biscuit and some nuttiness. We had a hopping good time experimenting with two new types of hops (both unnamed) which added a mild bitterness and gentle sweetness making for a balanced brew.
